And for the rest of you, today has been interesting. I woke up early to go to summer school and I was done by 8:40. I was told I had to stay until noon. I just kinda played on the computer, which by the way blocks anything it thinks is remotely interesting, until 10:45 ish when they said I could go home early. So I came home and here I am. I helped Luke a little bit to move the fouton frame to the yard to clean it off. He'll use it in his new apartment. So, now we're waiting on Steven to come over with the right tools to take it apart and move it across town in his hatch-back. Oh, the joy. That's all for today, so far.

So, I just got back last evening from a week in Lincoln, Nebraska for the Thespian Festival. It was a blast! Workshops, shows, hotel lovin, and so much more. But don't rely on me, here are some pictures. :D

I've tried this before, and it never lasted all that long because something always came in the way. I've had two others before, but I'll try to make this my last and ever lasting journal.

If you wish to know about me, here's a blurb of myself.
I am a 16, soon to be 17, young lady with an attitude and a heart of gold. I am going to start my Senior year in the fall at Denison High School. I am a line member of the Drill Team (3 years strong) and an active member in theatre. I was recently elected Thespian Co-President with last year's Vice-President, Sade'. This next year will be a blast. My two best girl friends are Kasey and Heather and you should look forward to the many pictures I'll be posting of us. I have many guy friends, but I hold very few close to me. Andy and Derek are two of them. I am in love with a wonderful boy named Luke who graduated last year and we've been together coming up on nine months. I enjoy movies, music, writing, and being with the people I love. The seniors of '05 will mostly be forgotten as are all the other graduates, but I'm sure to never forget a few of them. :) I live with my father and step mother. I have a puppy named Jimi, two cats (Mr. Kitty and Kamora), and a white rat named Pinky. (from Pinky and the Brain!) I am interested in attending the Film School at the University of South California. Film is my passion and I hope to have the profession of my dreams.

Well, that's about all I can think of right now. How about my day...

Today, I woke up at 6:55 and was 10 minutes late to summer school. I'm having to re-take the second semester of Biology that I failed my freshman year. It's not so bad, but the early part is killer. Mrs. Jordan (the theatre teacher at the high school) called me and offered me a free trip to Lincoln, Nebraska for the National Thespian Festival. I am so excited that I was chosen and that I get to go for free, too. As for summer school, it doesn't get out until the 28th and we'll get back the 26th. I'll have to stay twice the normal time each day to catch up on what I missed. After that, I came home with Luke and we watched a documentary over Dogtown and the Z-boys. It kind of pisses me off that they made that movie, because now everyone will act like they know all about them and there will be even more posers! Oh well! :) Then, I took a nap for a few hours and here I am. Luke is at work until late and I'm making love to my computer all night. ;)
